Between the 2 main BBQ places in carthage, BOOMERS is the best!!! Great food, SPICY options too. Happy servers and No issues. They treat you like you matter.

Good BBQ meats, great sauce. I chose the pulled pork and brisket. The pork was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The brisket was tender, although a little dry. I would come back.

Whenever I'm in Carthage I like to stop here to eat. The staff is always very friendly and the food is good. I always get the brisket sandwich but my wife usually gets a two meat meal and really enjoys it.

We all really enjoyed our meat choices! The coleslaw was tangy yet sweet. The onion rings were crispy, but the green beans were disappointing. With all that delicious smoked meat, I'm not sure why the beans weren't seasoned better. Oh, and the Parfait was such a neat idea with layers of meat, potatoes, and cheese. Overall-a good meal!

Some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had. D pulled pork was moist and flavorful. No bbq sauce needed. I did try their sauce ash’s it was also very good. My husband had the half slab of ribs. Amazing!!! Highly recommend. workers were awesome super friendly and came around multiple times to fill beverages
